If you wanted a lower profile roof vent for your RV that won't require trimming the MaxxAir Mini Deluxe Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-03801 would be the way to go. I can't recommend you trim down the flange of the # FV802250 as it was not designed for that.
I attached a review and install video for the fan I mentioned though for you to check out as well. view full answer...

I couldn't say what size trim was used on your 1976 StarCraft Starflight so if there is any trim remaining on it I urge you to measure it to determine what would be the correct size to use. If that is not possible then I recommend to err on the side of caution and go with Camco RV Vinyl Trim Insert - White - 100' Long x 1" Wide # CAM25202 which you could trim down some if necessary. view full answer...
I do have some options for you to replace the Dometic 56-2281-10/03 but I was not able to find any specs for this. That said, if you simply measure the unit and compare this to the sizes we offer below via the link, you should be able to get a pretty close match to your original microwave. The Greystone Standard RV Microwave part # 324-000105 for example could be a suitable replacement measuring 19" wide x 13-1/2" tall x 14-1/4" deep without the trim kit and 23-3/8" wide x 15" tall with... view full answer...

Your 2016 Ford E-450 van chassis/RV will use brake controller wiring harness # 3034-P. Ford only makes this van chassis for the RV and emergency vehicle industries now but the 2016 chassis is the same as the 2014 model year which was the last year it was available to the general public. On the 2016 the factory plug is located behind the coin tray, above the radio, in the center console (see picture).
For a brake controller I recommend the P2 # 90885 because it is easy to set up and use... view full answer...
We've had great luck with the part # CAM25173 that you referenced for 3/4 inch wide trim. Our customers really like the trim and have not had any issues with it. I would try this and if you still have problems then the track is the problem.
I would assume the problem is that the trim you have tried is for narrow track so it's not quite wide enough. view full answer...
